從Chhomong就可以看見明天會經過的sinuwa在對面的山頭，今日將是我們這趟登山最長的路程，從Chhomrong狂下到山谷再爬升combo，原預計要去Dovan但計畫敢不上變化，遇上午後大暴雨，都淋濕的我們被迫在前一站的Bamboo停下，淋雨濕身加上海拔造成的低溫加速體能的消耗，機警的嚮導先去搶住宿門鎖，在我們之後的登山客沒有住宿了只能冒雨繼續往下一個村莊前進，我們還是幸運的。

健行第四天：Chhormrong-Sinuwa-Bamboo (2160m-2340m-2310m)
清晨的山很清很美，趁早餐還沒好先來去看拍一波，早上7:39出發，先經過村莊，跟路上的一個有點花俏的塔拍一張，也是為了行前祝福，大家一起走了一圈。這裡基本上是一路往下，雖然有點開心，但是想到回來要爬山來也是有點想哭～不過經過我們的是一群唱唱跳跳的背工，雖然他們每個人都很辛苦（一個人大概背30kg) 但是他們的快樂有感染到我們欸把煩惱都丟掉吧！
The sky in the morning are very clear and beautiful and you can see the view of mountains quite clear. We took a photo with a somewhat fancy tower on the way and walked around along the tower as a pre-trip blessing. We encountered a group of cheerful porters who sing and dance. Although each of them works hard (carrying about 30kg each), their joy infected us. Let’s throw away all our worries!
抵達檢查哨後，我們的嚮導幫我們去蓋章，我們持續往下，又經過了chhomrong Kohla這條河～這是今日最低的海拔了，sinuwa 就是不斷向上，還有分上sinuwa跟下sinuwa，我們在停機棚平台休息的時候看到兩隻驢互相幫對方抓癢癢，太可愛啦！路上也看到了傳統的房屋，很像竹編或葉編的屋頂一層樓，居民一店邊生火一邊看著經過的登山客，看似是很習慣有不同的山友從家旁經過。
Our guide helped us get our permits stamped after reaching the checkpoint. Basically, it’s all the way downhill to cross theKohla river and climb up toward sinuwa.Sinuwa is a continuous ascent, with both Upper Sinuwa and Lower Sinuwa. We also saw traditional houses with roofs that resembled bamboo or leaf weaving, single-story structures. Residents sat by the fire at the edge of their shops, watching passing trekkers. It seemed like they were accustomed to having different foriegner pass by.
過了Sinuwa後基本上就是森林了～上坡真的沒在開玩笑地累，今天目的是Dovan, 出發的時候天氣就陰陰的，走到離Bamboo 30分鐘的時候，開始下雨了，原本的小小雨變成大大雨，個雨真的不是開玩笑的，輕便雨衣是抵擋不住的那種。我們不得不停下來休息，好加在路上有一個遮雨的休息區，許多背工跟山友在這裡休息，還一度下了一點冰雹，因為淋到一點雨大家都冷到痞痞ㄔㄨㄚˋ。
After Sinuwa,you will trek in the forest and uphill climbs. The destination for today is Dovan. When we were about 30 minutes away from Bamboo, it started raining. What began as a light drizzle turned into heavy rain We had to stop and take a break, luckily finding a sheltered resting area along the trail. Many porters and fellow trekkers were resting there as well.
我們停留30分鐘後，大雨還是沒停，我們討論後決定繼續往前，因為大家的裝備都濕掉了，想直接住在Bamboo，一進到村莊就看到這裡只有五間民宿，我們的嚮導很機警，幫我們在The Buddha guest house 搶了最後一間的六人房，為你的機警點讚，在我們之後的山友沒地方住還是要淋雨去下個村莊Dovan（這間就是進來村莊的第一間）熱水燒瓦斯的雖然不是太陽能是瓦斯，但是淋浴間漏風很冷，出水是蓮蓬頭但水超級無敵小種，餐廳的話菜很油很不好吃（看了廚房覺得超級髒，我們在飯廳吃飯，出來全身都是油煙味），不建議大家來這間。而且我們包含嚮導隔天都拉肚子了~不要來!不要來!
After a 30-minute pause, the heavy rain persisted. We decided to press on because everyone’s gear was soaked, and the plan was to stay directly in Bamboo not Dovan. Upon entering the village, we noticed there were only five guesthouses. Our guide was vigilant and managed to secure the last six-person room at The Buddha guest house. For those who came after us, there was no choice but to endure the rain and head to the next village. We do not recommend the lodge which is the first guesthouse upon entering the village because we all had stomach issues the next day including our guide. Stay away!
等我們把自己都弄乾了，天氣也好了，一直待在房間也很冷，都一樣冷不如在外面拍照啊下完雨天很清，感覺山又照了一層雪啦！也看到同行的山友大家行動都很一致，曬、衣、服~我快笑死!!
After raining 2 hours, the air was clear, and it seemed like the mountains had received a fresh layer of snow! We also noticed that fellow trekkers had a synchronized routine—sun exposure, clothing adjustments, and gear checks. It was so funny.
